Résumé Certain products identified by their customs number may be imported only by importers authorized to do so by the State Grain Supply Agency (sect. 1). Section 2 formulates criteria for the approval of importers of flower bulbs, bulbous plants, and butt logs for retail trade. Section 3 formulates criteria for the approval of importers of plant nursery materials, whereas section 4 formulates criteria for the approval of importers of potted plants. Finally section 5 formulates criteria for the approval of importers of horticultural equipment. Plants or parts of plants imported for direct use by the final consumer shall be marked with the name and address of the importers and shall be stored in a warehouse designated by the importer (sect. 6).
