Résumé

This Decree adopts the state spatial plan for the area of the Mokrice hydroelectric plant and determines the area of the state spatial plan, the conditions regarding the purpose of interventions in the space, their location, size and design, the conditions regarding intersections or the relocation of economic public infrastructure and built public goods and the connection of spatial arrangements to them, criteria and conditions for subdivision, conditions integrated preservation of cultural heritage, nature conservation, protection of the environment and natural resources, water management, protection against natural and other disasters, protection of human health, phasing of the implementation of spatial planning, permissible deviations and other conditions and requirements for the implementation of the state spatial plan. The graphic part of the national spatial plan is given in the Annex of this tex.
