The Decree enters into force on the day of publication in the Collection of Laws.
Résumé

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of nine articles and two Annexes, establishes the form of application for approval of the board of animal protection during public performances (specified in Annex 1) and the form of application for approval of the board of animal protection during breeding (specified in Annex 2), scope of instructing people on the protection of animals during public performances, competences of the board of animal protection during public performances, and the board of animal protection during breeding, and conditions of breeding dogs and cats, if they are farm animals.
