This Decree enters into force on the 15th day after the day of publication in the Collection of Laws.
Résumé

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of three articles and two Annexes, establishes the content and scope of the training to get professional qualifications to perform activities in the area of protect of animals against cruelty, requirements for the training institutes, the examining board, details on tests, conditions and methods of issuing professional certificates of professional qualifications in the area of protection of animals against cruelty, and the form of certificate of professional qualifications in the area of protection of animals against cruelty.
