Résumé

This Decree regulates the publication of nitrate vulnerable areas at block level as per the Land Parcel Identification System. On the basis of block changes in the annual review of the Agricultural Parcel Identification System the block identification changes provided by the State Administration for Surveying and GIS are published in the Official Journal of the Ministry headed by the Minister responsible for Agricultural Policy and the Ministry of Water Protection. In order to identify nitrate sensitive areas, the soil, water and the environmental protection and nature conservation authorities have access to the MePAR Browser's work format for free. This Regulation is intended to comply with Article 3 of Council Directive 91/676/EEC of 12 December 1991 concerning the protection of waters against pollution caused by nitrates from agricultural sources.
