Résumé

This Decree prohibits, in principle fishing for, storage on board and landing of eels in the territorial waters and EEZ of Norway. However, a total allowable catch of 50 tons may be caught by Norwegian vessels at conditions as set out by this Decree. The Directorate of Fisheries may establish reporting requirements for fishing and may stop fishing when the total quota is reached.
