This Decree enters into force on the day of its publication.
Résumé

This Decree approves the Regulation of the Brazilian Institute for the Environment and Renewable Natural Resources (IBAMA). This Regulation (in the Annex), consisting of 33 articles, specifies composition, duties and competencies of aforementioned institution, entitled to: regulate the environment resources exploitation, implement national policies related with federal environmental legislation, carry out controls in order to manage and preserve the environment for the sustainable use of natural resources.
