Résumé This Decree regulates the hatching of roe and the production of fish for stocking of salmon, rainbow trout, trout and char species. No one shall construct, install, expand, hold a majority stake in, operate, etc. a fish farming enterprise without a permission of the Director of Fisheries. Section 3 regulates the procedures of application for permits and section 4 specifies reasons for refusal of a permit. The applicant shall submit an investment plan (sect. 5). Permits may be given under this Decree for a production capacity not exceeding 1 million of fish a year.
