This protected area pertains to the National Network of Protected Areas, declared by art. 34 of Decree-Law No. 3/2003. In the Annex are specified geographical limits (154 hectares), according to the attached geographical coordinates, references and map. Amended articles deal with its delimitation, under the Legal Regime of Protected Areas.
