This Decree will come into force immediately.

Résumé

It is forbidden to import or place upon the market fish and fish products originating in Bangladesh if the following conditions are not met: the products shall be accompanied by a health certificate made out conform Commission Decision 98/147/EC by the Department of Fisheries- Fish Inspection and Quality Control of the Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock of Bangladesh; the products shall come from one of the companies listed in this Decree; all products, except frozen bulk products for canning, shall be marked "Bangladesh" and indicating the farming authorization numberand; all products shall be manufactured and packed after 31 December 1997.
