Entry into force notes
This Decree enters into force on the day of its signature.
Résumé

This Decree, consisting of 36 articles divided into five Chapters, aims at establishing the elaboration, appraisal, approval, announcement, implementation, evaluation and adjustment of nuclear energy development and application planning. This Decree applies to agencies, organizations and individuals involved in the atomic energy and other related activities. The content of atomic energy development and application planning shall comply with the provisions of article 13 of the Energy Law. Solutions and resources for implementing the planning include the following main activities: completing the organizational management system; creating and improving the legal system and mechanisms; human resource development; developing scientific and technological potentials; ensuring safety and security; raising awareness and support of the community; promote cooperation and international integration; investment, finance and capital mobilization; organize planning implementation.
