Entry into force notes: The last consolidated version of the Decree entered into force on 15 March 2014.

Résumé: According to this Decree the National Food-chain Security Office and its territorial offices are the competent authority for the imposition of the quality protection fine. The offences, criteria of imposition and the amounts of the fine are regulated as well, in particular with respect to planting materials of field crops, vegetables, forestry, ornamental and vine-plants.
