Résumé

This Decree prohibits in principle fishing for shrimps in 2011 in areas of the North Sea and the Skagerrak specified in this Decree. Article 2 however specifies a total allowable catch of 3.570 in the North Sea and 3.882 tons in the Skagerrak to be used in certain periods, specified in articles 3 and 4, by vessels that fulfil those conditions for participation in fishing for shrimps set out in article 4. Remaining provisions concern transfer of quotas attached to a vessel, days that fishing is prohibited, stop on fishing to be decreed by the Director of Fisheries, other directions to be given by the Director of Fisheries and offences.
