The Decree, however, allows bycatch of Norway pout to the extend of 20 percent of other fish species. The Fisheries Directorate may issue further rules for rational management of fishery provided for by this Decree. Offences shall be punished in accordance with sections 60, 61, 64 and 65 of the Marine Living Resources Act.
