Entry into force notes: The consolidated text of the Decree entered into force on 18 June 2011.

Résumé: The purpose of the support is to help the efficient functionning of LEADER Local Action Groups and Local Rural Development Communities (LRDC) founded on the partnership of local private, civil and public entities. Article 3 determines the activities eligible for support. Aricles 4, 5, 5A and 5B determines finencial rules of the support. Article 7 provides administrative rules of application for suppoert and Article 8 contains sanctions for offenders. Annex 1 lists the LAGs and LRDCs eligible for the support under this Decree.
