The consolidated version of the Decree entered into force on 3 January 2013.

Résumé

This Decree integrates Decree No. 275 of 2004 (X. 8.) of the Government on nature conservation areas of European Community importance. Annex 1 of this Decree contains the lot numbers of lands forming part of special bird protection areas determined in Annex 5 of the Governmental Decree. Annex 2 contains the lot numbers of lands forming part of special nature conservation areas determined in Annex 6 of the Governmental Decree. Annex 3 contains the lot numbers of lands forming part of nature conservation areas of high importance determined in Annex 7 of the Governmental Decree. Annex 6 contains the maps of these protected areas.
