The consolidated text of the Decree entered into force on 22 March 2013.

Résumé

The purpose of the support is to give aid to non-productive investments in connection with actions aimed to improve the naturalness, biodiversity and health of forests, especially of those which structure is degraded and made up of alien species, by converting them into indigenous and more appropriate forest associations and by creating properly compound and multi-layer forest stock structure. The support is a normative, area based, non refundable support.
