Résumé This Decree is composed of two articles and one Annex. It approves the adoption of the Agreement for the promotion of international measures to adopted by fishing vessels in the high seas. The annexed Agreement is composed of 15 articles. It regulates State responsibilities and fishing vessels’ registration procedures. In particular, it defines specific international cooperation measures for exchanging information on vessels between States and with FAO.
