Résumé

This Directive of the Director of Fisheries concerns the reporting for control of foreign fishing vessels in the Norwegian Economic Zone to the coast guard. Section 1 gives the control stations where vessels shall report after termination of fishing activities. Vessels which plan to land fish in the zone in a Norwegian port shall report this to the nearest control station. Notification shall take place at least 24 hours before arrival at the control station. The notification may be send together with the passive reporting in accordance with section 8 of the Decree relative to foreign fishing in the Norwegian Economic Zone of 13 May 1977. (3 sections)
