This Decree enters into force on 15 September 2010.

Résumé

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, Environment and Regional Development, which is composed of seven articles and three Annexes, lays down: (a) requirements for maintaining operational records on stationary sources of air pollution; (b) the extent of additional data reported by district office on stationary source emissions and on their compliance with the emission limits and quotas; (c) requirements for the technical and operational parameters and technical and organizational measures, including measures to mitigate the effects of emergency situations.
