Moreover, it amends Annex one of Decree-Law No. 94/98 of 15 April 1994. Particular attention is devoted to the issuing of authorizations, on products’ market placement and on reporting requirements. The Annex lists the active substances contained in the LPC whose use is authorised for plant protection products.
