Résumé

This Decree-Law amends Decree-Law No. 111/93 of 10 April (arts. 3-6) (approving EU Council Directive No. 90/675/EU of 10 December, concerning veterinary controls on animal and animal products imported from third countries). These articles prescribe veterinary requirements for animals coming from third countries, and sanctions for non compliance, established by the Institute for the Protection of Agricultural Food Production (IPPAA).
