It defines the following sectors: regime of drafting, approval, modification, revision and suspension of planning instruments for national maritime space; legal regime applicable to private use holders of the national maritime space; economic and financial regime associated with the private use of the national maritime space; permanent monitoring system and technical evaluation of the national maritime spatial planning; private use of water resources regime in transitional waters for aquaculture purposes.
