Résumé This Decree-Law amends articles: 1, 3, 4 and 8 of Decree-Law No. 112/95 establishing sanitary measures to be applied in order to produce and place on the market bivalve molluscs. The amendments established concern: competencies of the General Direction of Fisheries and Aquaculture (DGPA); sanitary measures to be carried out by the General Direction of Veterinary (DGV); quality standards to be satisfied by these molluscs in order to be placed on the market; import/export requirements of aquaculture products, etc. 2 Annexes are attached to the text regulating the procedures to be applied for producing molluscs (including water quality standards, sanitary procedures, conservation requirements, etc.).
