Résumé This Decree-Law, composed of 35 articles, establishes the regime of penalties applicable to the non compliance with the legal provisions on production, trade, transformation and transport of wine and other wine derived products. The Decree-Law defines the competent authorities, rules on the preventive measures. Moreover, it indicates the crimes, such as, usurpation of the Designations of Origin or Geographical Indications, irregular wine transport and storage.
