Résumé This Decree-Law, consisting of four Chapters, establishes the following aspects related to the regime for regulating existing establishments and exploitation that do not have valid title plant, exploitation or activity exercise, including situations of disagreement with territorial management instruments and restrictions of public utility lands. This regime shall apply for: the industrial activities under Decree-Law No. 169/2012; Livestock activities, approved by Decree-Law No. 81/2013, whose settlement was not possible for the disagreement with the instruments of territorial management of public utility infrastructures. The waste management operations under the general arrangements for the prevention, production and management of waste, contained in Decree-Law No. 178/2006, except for incineration of waste and management operations residues developed in integrated recovery centers, recovery and disposal of hazardous waste.
