Résumé This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of five articles and two Annexes, establishes contents of recovery plan for water supply, recovery plan for public sewerage and procedure of preparing them. The procedure for preparing recovery plan for water supply and public sewerage is based on an assessment of the current state of compliance of existing buildings and facilities for public water and sewer systems with technical and specific requirements, with national technical standards, the analysis of building state capacity and environmental impact. The recovery plan includes: (a) comprehensive list of facilities and equipment included in the recovery plan; (b) objectives to be achieved by implementing the planned recovery; (c) indication of the specific deficiencies of state buildings and facilities, including the planned renewal terms and specifications of the planned measures; (d) priorities of the classification of public water facilities and public sewerage facilities in the recovery plan; (e) plan of work, including cost and schedule of the implementation of the recovery plan; (f) assessment of the relations with other projects and planned development.
