The Administrator may appoint a Crown Surveyor and a Commissioner of Lands under section 3. He may also from time to time grant, sell, exchange or lease any Crown lands, or any right or easement in or over them or any of them under section 4. The remaining provisions of this Act deal with inspection of land and land plans, regulation making powers of the Administrator in Council, penalties and sanctions in case of breach of conditions or provisions of this Act, and legal proceedings.
