The provisions of Part III of this Act by the President by Proclamation published in the Gazette. Résumé This Act, consisting of 37 articles divided into four Parts, establishes the requirements to be met to protect consumers to buy any kind of products. It specifies all provisions for regulating the Internal Trade and for any matters connected therewith. Protected products include any article of food, drink or merchandise as is, in the opinion of the Commissioner, essential to the life of the community and is so specified by the Commissioner by notification published in the Gazette.
