Résumé: This Regulation amends articles 10 and 32 of Regulation (EU) No. 1031/2010 as regards the volumes of greenhouse gas emission allowances to be auctioned in from 2013 to 2020. New Annex IV, concerning adjustments in such volumes, is inserted.
