Résumé

Annexes II, VII, VIII, IX and X to Regulation (EC) No. 999/2001, which sets out rules for the prevention, control and eradication of certain transmissible spongiform encephalopathies in bovine, ovine and caprine animals, are amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation. The amended annexes regard the determination of the bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE) status of Member States or third countries or regions, intra-Union trade in live animals, semen and embryos, the import in the European Union of ovine and caprine semen and embryos, and the methods of analysis applicable to TSE testing in bovine, ovine and caprine animals.
