Entry into force notes

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Résumé

This Regulation amends Annexes II and V to Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 by setting new MRLs for indoxacarb in or on fruits, vegetables, cereals, oilseeds, coffee, tea, cocoa, spices, sugar plants, animal products of terrestrial animals, milk, eggs, honey and other apiculture products, as laid down in the Annex to this Regulation.
