Entry into force notes: This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Résumé: This Regulation prohibits to retain on board, relocate, tranship or land fish from the stock of Bluefin tuna in specific archipelagos by artisanal vessels flying the flag of or registered in Portugal after the date specified in the Annex to this Regulation.
