Entry into force notes: This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Résumé: This Regulation prohibits to retain on board, relocate, tranship or land fish from the stock of Northern albacore in the Atlantic Ocean, and north of 5° N by vessels flying the flag of or registered in Portugal after the date specified in the Annex to this Regulation.
