Résumé: This Regulation amends point 2 of Annex V to Regulation (EC) No. 999/2001 on the prevention, control and eradication of certain transmissible spongiform encephalopathies. According to these new provisions, tissues listed in point 1 (a)(i) and 1(b), which are derived from animals whose origin is in Member States with a negligible BSE risk, shall be considered as specified risk material.
