This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2023.
Résumé

This Regulation sets out the products of plant origin and animal origin to be sampled in 2023, 2024 and 2025, and pesticide residue/product combinations to be analyzed in/on products of plant origin and animal origin in Annex I to this Regulation. All samples, including those of foods intended for infants and young children and products originating from organic farming, shall be analyzed for the pesticides referred to in Annex I to this Regulation in accordance with the residue definitions set out in Regulation (EC) No 396/2005. Furthermore, Annex II sets out the number of samples of each product to be taken and analyzed.
