Entry into force notes: This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Résumé: Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 1005/2008 which lists the products excluded from the definition of “fishery products” set out in point 8 of Article 2, is amended and replaced by the text in the Annex to this Regulation.
