Entry into force notes
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union and shall apply from 9 February 2023.
Résumé

The Annex lists the antimicrobials and groups of antimicrobials which are not allowed to be used in veterinary medicinal products or medicated feed. The use in animals of medicinal products for human use that contain any of the antimicrobials or groups of antimicrobials listed in the Annex is prohibited.
