Résumé: This Regulation establishes special conditions governing the import of certain food of non-animal origin from certain third countries due to the risks of contamination with pesticides residues. Its provisions apply to consignments of the food of non-animal origin listed in Annex I, as well as to compound food, containing any of the food listed in Annex I in a quantity above 20 %.
