Résumé: This Decision updates the provisions laid down under Implementing Decision 2013/92/EU on the supervision, plant health checks and measures to be taken on wood packaging material actually in use in the transport of specified commodities originating in China. The amendments concern measures to be implemented in case of non compliance, and reporting obligations of Member States as regards plant health checks.
