Résumé With a view to preventing the spread of the harmful organism Xylella fastidiosa (Well and Raju), this Decision prohibits the movement of plants for planting out of the province of Lecce, region of Apulia, Italy. Furthermore Member States are required to conduct official annual surveys for the presence of that organism on plants and plant products in their territory.
