Entry into force notes

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. This Regulation shall apply from 1 January 2021.

Résumé

Annex VI regarding the model of the certificate pursuant to Article 35(1) of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 on organic production and labelling of organic products is replaced by the text in the Annex to this Regulation.
