Résumé

By way of derogation from article 13(1)(ii) of Directive 2000/29/EC, the Commission hereby authorizes Member States to provide for derogations allowing the introduction into the Community of wood of conifers originating in Canada, subject to the compliance with the conditions prescribed under the Annex attached to this Decision. Part II of the Annex contains the models of certification marks.
