Résumé The present Decision lays down specific restrictions on imports of Brazil nuts in shell originating in or consigned from Brazil. Member States may not import those products unless the consignment is accompanied, on the one hand, by a report containing the results of official sampling and analysis, and, on the other hand, by a health certificate to be issued in accordance with the model set out in Annex 1 hereto. Paragraph 2 of article 1 indicates the exceptional circumstances under which Member States may authorize the import of consignments of Brazil nuts not complying with the above-mentioned conditions. Annex 2 lists out the point of entry through which the products shall be imported.
