Résumé

These Regulations amend the Avian Influenza (H5N1 in Poultry) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007 and the Avian Influenza (H5N1 in Wild Birds) Regulations 2007 to add raw petfood to the lists of by-products which can be moved under the authority of a licence issued by the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development under these Regulations. The Regulations also amend the Avian Influenza (Preventive Measures) Regulations 2007 to require that the keeper of poultry notifies the Department in writing of details of the particulars notified to the Department under these Regulation within 30 days of any request by notice from the Department.
