Criteria for the granting of licences to be observed by the Australian Horticultural Corporation are listed in Regulation 7. Export conditions and restrictions can be found in regulation 8. Other regulations deal with suspension or cancellation of licences, export certificates and the determination of minimum prices for the sale of dried fruit destined for export.
