Résumé

These Regulations: (a) provide for powers of the Australian Dried Fruits Board, established under section 100 of the Australian Horticultural Corporation Act 1987, with respect to the export of dried fruit; (b) lay down criteria for the granting of licences to export dried fruit as well as licence conditions and restrictions. Criteria for the granting of licences to be observed by the Australian Horticultural Corporation are listed in Regulation 7. Export conditions and restrictions can be found in regulation 8. Other regulations deal with suspension or cancellation of licences, export certificates and the determination of minimum prices for the sale of dried fruit destined for export.
