This Act establishes animal protection measures, taking the appropriate sanitary measures such as: segregation for sick animals; provide vaccination isolating from other animals; to declare infected areas; infected animals and animal products involved in any other product transport, etc. These restrictions shall not apply namely: for animal rearing, bringing rites and cases specified by the Director General. It also establishes that veterinary officers may prescribe for the purposes of the animal test, that: a) the place and time indicated by the presence of any animal shall be examined; b) without an authorization infected animals should not be moved; c) the owner is bound to cooperate also in case of postmortem examination. It also establishes registration certificate requirements which shall be renewable through fees paid by the applicant. The Schedule lists the animal disease details.
