Products subject to environmental protection fee are fuels and other petroleum products, rubber tyres, refrigerators and refrigerating agents, packaging materials, accumulators, thinners and solvents of paints and varnishes. The Act contains general rules on the payment of the fee, exemptions from payment, reduction of the fee, and detailed rules regarding the fee of the products listed above. The annexes to this Act contain the amounts of the environmental protection fee.
