Act No. 204 ratifying and executing the Paris Agreement adopted in Paris on 12 December 2015 under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change.

By virtue of this Act, Italy ratifies and executes the Paris Agreement adopted on 12 December 2015 under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. The Agreement aims to strengthen the global response to the threat of climate change, in the context of sustainable development and efforts to eradicate poverty.
