Entry into force notes

The Decree enters into force on the 15th day after the day of publication in the Collection of Laws.

Résumé

This Act amends five points of the Act on access to information on environmental issues. In particular, the Act establishes provisions concerning: functioning of geoportal which is an information system of public administration (art. 11a of the amended Decree); rules of the access to information (art. 11b); conditions of access to spatial data (art. 11c); restricted and denied access to spatial data (art. 11d); competences of the Ministry of Environment relating to the access to information on environmental issues (art. 11e).
